How to View the VCD / DVD

            A. Play this VCD / DVD using a VCD / DVD player attached to a TV set

1. Make sure that your TV set is turned on and is on AV – Audio Visual Signal
2. Insert the VCD / DVD into the drive
3. You will see the menus, select one of the menus by pressing 1, 2, or 3
4. If in case you do not see any menus but only are viewing a image that is there on the CD Cover (in case you have received a economy version from your doctor) then press 1 on your remote control

B. Play this VCD / DVD using a PC:

1. Insert the VCD into the CD-ROM drive      
2. Open a Media Player such as Windows Media Player
3. Click on: file open
4. Select your CD-ROM drive and access a folder labeled MPEGAV
5. Select 'All files' from the 'File of Types' drop down menu
6. Open file labeled as 'Avseq01.dat'
7. The VCD will start in the player you selected
